    ROSBOROUGH…
    (1 item)

    Hi folks,

Came across these three jigsaws a few years ago and re-found them at the back of a drawer.

I am looking to know if anyone knows anything about them or roughly the date?

There were 4 jigsaws in the series but unfortunately I only have 3 of the series.

They are all in sealed envelopes measuring 25.5cm x 18.5cm and my guess is that they were produced after the second world war when items were rationed and wooden jig saws were not produced. Does anyone have series 3 the British Aeroplanes.

Would love to hear from any jig saw enthusiast who could shed some light on the puzzles and add to the story.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks Alan.

Based on the graphics and immense amount of Patriotic materials made to show War support, I would think that these are WW2 era.
