Steiff's Sweetest Baby Susi Kitty

Here kitty kitty - take a look at this precious and tiny Steiff Susi Cat!

Here we have Steiff's Susi Katze or Susi Cat. She is 10 cm tall, head jointed, and made from off white mohair. Her back, sides, face, bottom, and tail are beautifully airbrushed with black stripes, making her one fancy feline! Her tiny ears are made from off white mohair which has been outlined in black. She has a charming tan mohair muzzle. She has black and green slit pupil eyes and a pink hand embroidered nose and mouth, which are highlighted with additional spots of color. Susi retains all of her original clear mono-filament whiskers and still lovely pink silk ribbon.

Steiff's postwar Susi was made from 1949 through 1978 in 10, 12, 14, 17, and 22 cm. This particular Susi was made in the 1968 through 1975 time frame. Susi has all of her ID including her tiny lentil style button, crisp and readable ear tag, and perfect chest tag. She even retains her original bell!
