I found this cast iron bull television lamp at a garage sale. It's in great condition but I can't find out anything about it. If anyone has any information about it, I would sure appreciate it.

I could not find this particualr accent lamp. but I own a turtle that is like your lamp. A company called Meyda iron Amber Accent came out with lamps such as yours. department stores carried these at least 10 years ago. My lamp was originally 20.00 but now on Amazon.com you'll find it for 44.oo because they were discontinued and this is the only place to get it now. I paid 3.oo at a yard sale for mine. If you look on Amazon.com under amber accent lamps you will find what is available there. I saw a octopus that ran pretty high in price and a crab for 43.00. I really feel like this is the type of lamp you have. although I could not find yours. it could very well be scarce and a discontinued piece. Take a look at those lamps an see if they resemble the way yours is made. That can tell you alot. I have to pinch 2 metal clips from underneath my turtle to release the amber shade in order to change the night light bulb in it. Is yours made that way? Sometimes you just have to narrow things down to figure out what you have. I'm sure your coming out on the winning end of this one if you got it at a garage sale. These lamps can be scarce. They only make them a certain year at times. I hope this helps you some. I also passed up a seahorse made like this too an I wish I would have bought it now because I cant find it either. Thanks for showing your item it is very nice indeed! Rustic!

Thanks! Mine is made just like the turtle and elephant that are pictured there. I was hoping that it was older but it's still great for the $3 that I paid. Yes, it does have the two metal clips and night light bulb. Love it!
      Thanks again!!!

My wife says that I should keep checking. After doing more reading about the lamps on Amazon, it says that those are made of cast resin while mine is cast iron or another type of metal. And it appears that the ones on Amazon are crackle glass while mine is more of a stained glass and mine has the older "turn switch" in the cord instead of the push button type.
Could still be about the same age but different maker or an older one that the ones on Amazon were modeled after. Just not sure.

Thats very true. I too believe the ones on Amazon are modeled after a much older version. They have simply copied and brought these lamps back from a earlier period. I'll keep my eyes open for you because Iam a huge lamp collector. I might come across it. Happy hunting! Thats all the fun in collecting , looking for that special item. :) Your wife is correct to keep looking because the mystery isn't yet solved.
