Please Help Identify This Lamp

Can someone PLEASE help me identify this lamp? I saw it at an antique store, and before I could save the money to go back and buy it, it was sold. I desperately want to know what style/shape of shade this is called. It seems to have four "puffy" bulbous-shaped sections and a small dome shape on top. There seems to be a band of leaves around the bottom of the domed part. The color near the bottom of the shade is a light aqua blue-green. There are ruby colored cabochons/jewels placed on the diamond-shaped pattern of the aqua blue-green glass. I know it is a Tiffany style reproduction, not an original, but I think it is just beautiful! Can anyone please help me?
