    This is one I just recently acquired, I need a little help in identifying.
    I have seen this pattern before in one of my books many years ago and I think it was called "The Fan" pattern .It has incised "Germany" in the upper right .The blips of white you see in the black is actually flecks of copper. Glaze is fairly smooth just the natural orange peel skin feel. The base is incised with a name, There is a manufacturers mark but I'm not familiar with it, and the numbers 11 8 4 which could indicate the date nov. 8 1904 or of course the style
    It is made with yellowstone clay ,wheel thrown and measures at 6" tall and 8 " wide and is fairly weighted. no chips cracks or crazingin the glaze.
    Any Help would be truly appreciated,........!

      It looks almost Gouda style and certainly has an age to it. Good luck with your research
