Westmoreland Glass Co of Grapeville, PA, "FILIGREE" Pattern (actual original name) set made circa 1908. Some sets were iridized (carnival glass) 1909 but most were made of crystal with raised Gold highlighted Filigree. The pattern was dicontinued in 1940. BOB
