I have 8 of these. I think they are Indiana Glass but don't know how to tell. They are red on top and clear glass below. They have a round/oval impression and are clearly pressed glass. 3.5 in at top. 3 in at base. 6.75 inches tall.

Where can I find out more about these glasses?

the 'King's Crown' patten was made by several glass makers. Yours was probably made by Indiana Glass, as the 'thumprint' impression is round whereas in those made by U.S Glass and Tiffin these impressions are more oval shaped or oblong. This is 'Ruby Stain' with the stain painted onto the glass and then fired to develop the color and 'set' the stain.

Thank you! That's very helpful! These aren't terribly collectible are they?

JJ, Your footed iced tea glass in the photo is Tiffin.

TC, you have it backwards, my friend. Thumbprints on Tiffin-made piece stemware items are more round, Indiana (and others, I might add) are more oval. Tiffin's stems generally have 3 mould lines and nine thumbprints; Indiana, 2 mould line and 6 thumbprints.

I can tell by the clarity of the glass and the shape that your glass is Tiffin/USG.

If the ruby stain is in excellent condition, they are very collectible. Many seek this pattern these days.

Thanks for the clarification. I will do some more research. The "thumbprints" are def round. I will look to see about the mould lines.
