1830-1855 Ledger of NH Doctors

1830-1855 ledger containing the names of many New Hampshire doctors of the period. I found it interesting that their were several female doctors listed. I am guessing that this is how much they were making because there is something about teeth in one of the accounts. A lot of towns in New Hampshire are represented in this ledger. Any help with more info or value is appreciated.
