Vintage Unknown Case XX Fixed Blade Knife

This is another knife I found at the bottom of a tackle box I purchased. This knife is a fixed blade case xx knife. The knife is about 8in long with the blade about 3.5 long. I dont know the model name but from the stamp mark on the blade (Tang) it indicates it was made between 1940-1960. The knife also has serrated edges on the top of the blade. I was hoping someone might know the model name or exact period its from.
