This vase was given to my wife about fifty years ago by a 90 year old neighbor widower that said it once belonged to his wife. He said it was near 100 years old then. Does anyone know anything about it? What kind of glass? How old it may be? or who made it? I think it is very pretty. I can't find any markings on it.

This type of glass is called Elegant Glass and is from the depression era. This is Cambridge Glass #17 'Martha Washington' fan vase, introduced ca.1932; different names for this vase are: "Heirloom", "Centennial Line", "Victorian Line" and "Martha Washington Line"

Thank you Tall Cakes, That goes to show you that you can't believe everything anyone tells you.
It may not be 100 years old but it is very pretty. The man that gave it to my wife is long gone and he was a very generous guy.
