Here is some more pics of our candy counter. The first is my candy container collection that we have on display. the second is my Tootsie roll display, I thinks it is close to 100 years old. Then our Burke popcorn machine and our Gumball Machines. Non of it is for sale. I think I was inspired as kid when I went Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.

Both Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm had old fashion Candy Stores with everything displayed in period cases & jars. I remember getting the candy dots on paper and Licorice Pipes. I started with a Antique Candy Counter display, you can see it in my other post. And started collecting everything related to candy. I have collections of candy containers, the glass, paper mache ones that you would get filled with candy from the 20's thru the 50's. I have a collection of candy bar boxes, Bubble gum machines, candy related signs, display jars, ect. Yes just like everthing else candy prices have gone up. The 89 cents candy are large Rock Candy Suckers. By buying in bulk, unwrapped we can hold our prices. our competors sell the same sucker wrapped in celophane for $1.69.
