    I bought these in an old jewelty lot at an estate . I believe they are Victorian scatter pins , not sure .

      Could be so-called "kabaja-pins" used in Indonesia to close the kabaja-(blouse/jacket without buttons).
      Pins are fastened from top to bottom on the front to close the blouse.
