I bought these two gems as a pair and the colors are very similar. I would think that they were made at the same time by the same glass blower.

The cream pitcher stands about 4" tall and the waste bowl is about 5" across. Each is cased glass with white interior and both have a ground and polished pontil.

I believe that these were made in England (When I made original posting, I thought these were UK based on a "cottage glass" article-- these are actually czech).

Any thoughts on these are appreciated.

I agree, they are most likely English. Harry Northwood made glassware very similar to this in the 1890s, no doubt influenced by the glassware from his native land.

Thanks for looking Paul. When you have the time be sure to look at my other postings of Kralik and English art glass.
