Hand signed Name, title, and numbered. A modern contemporary artist, this piece if from 1977. I love the bright colors and happy feeling I get from this picture. No idea of value, garage sale find from 15 years ago.
I forgot to add this is HUGE! Almost 4 feet tall!!
