MARYCORONELL38, thanks for the comment. I am not sure if the artist is English or not. I think I picked up the picture from a Thrift Store several years ago.I thought it was an unusal piece of art.Do you collect all of his art?
i have 4 of them one was made England the others made in Tasmania mine are on black velvet.
