Need help deciphering oil painting signature

To make a long story short: loved, purchased, and took home. The painting is set upon wood covered with burlap. The different colors/shades are amazing. Its possible the painting is either from Hawaii or Central America (Panama possibly)

I look at the signature and still have trouble deciphering it. I think Crespin but there is something at the end of the signature that I can't make out. The date is 1966.

Any help is appreciated.
