Toy train

This belongs to a buddy of mine. It's a riding toy, and although the paint is a little rough, it's all there including the bell. We don't know the manufacturer or anything else about it. There is a "K" in the center of the boiler on the front of the engine, that's about it. Would appreciate any input. Thanks
