I'm not sure how old this is. I bought it for my wife a couple years ago at a local antique store. It really makes me think of a 50s diner. I can see this sitting on the counter full of fresh doughnuts... Yum!

Peaches & Cream Pie? How about a recipe for that! Yum...Yum...
Peaches & Cream Cheese Pie
Crust:
1 ¼ cup Nilla wafers cracker crumbs
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon gound cinnamon
6 Tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Mix together nilla wafer crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in butter and press into a 9’’ pie pan and bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes.
Filling:
6 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Arrange peaches in the pie shell.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, flour and salt; add vanilla than stir in cream until smooth.
Pour over peaches.
Bake at 400° for 40-45 minutes or until filling is almost set.
Serve warm with a French vanilla ice cream.
Refrigerate leftovers.
