Hello. The plate is a fake. It is a 'lookalike' copy of a GeWi factory decor. It by the same faker as many items on our Gouda Copies pages. Go to our website http://www.goudadesign.co.uk and click on the link for Gouda Copies.
The vase is genuine. Made in Schoonhoven by Plateelbakkerij Schoonhoven. The decor is 'Kakiemon'. It dates from the 1950's/1960's.
