I found this cookie jar, Walt Disney, Donald Duck Head ( 8 inch), in blue on white ground, red bow mostly gone ( cold paint), inscribed Donald Duck on the base. stamped under the glaze on bottom " Copyright Walt Disney Productions, WD-5.

Any idea of age and value ?

I also have this exact DD CJ. I have been looking for a longtime for information on this it, ...such as how old it is and the value of it.
