    Not alot of Info, but my grandmother owned this gold cameo. She used it as a pin, not a pendant. I do not see any crack lines. I wish I knew how to tell what it is made of.

      So pretty!! Looks like there is a stamp on the back of the bail/pendant part... is the stamp legible? Hard to tell by a picture, but it looks like a higher karat of gold, maybe 18KT? Definitely seems like a classic conch shell used for cameo.
