      Made by Red Wing pottery up here in MN in the late 1950's.There is a blue bordered version thats twice the value of yours.I sold my last one for 250.00.There is no way to get the coins out,so many people broke a foot off!

      I first saw this when the bidding started on e-bay, unfortnatley I wasn't in the financial postsition to bid, it would have been the crown jewel to my collection of "promotional" banks. Keep it safe and enjoy, this is an excellent example of what PROMOTIONAL /ADVERTISING banks is all about....
