strange floor lamp

hi i have been trying to find out anything i can about this floor lamp
but have had no look . i am trying to find out what year it was made , who made it were its from anything at all really . if you can help me please email me at karlerigby@btinternet.com
the lamp is about 6ft tall has 11 lamps it is made of brass and glass i think . it used to have a 4 phase switch press once very top light came on press again that went off and the bottom five lights came on press again they go off and the middle five lights go on and press it again and they all come on. it looks quite fancy .
