      Yes these came out in the early 80's during the "commemorative bottle" craze.
      These commemorative bottles are like the "billy beer" cans to beer can collectors.
      They were put out by the thousands, alot of people saved them because they were "collectible" and now no one wants them. This is a good example of why anything "made to be collected" will not go up in value.
