Beautiful it look like the one I broke of my grandmothers and my Mom grounded me for 2 weeks . I accidently hit it with vacum hose when cleaning . It looks like reverse glass is the painting on inside of shade ? The Fennel on top looks like newer brass(copper) fittings so I will leave an expert in glass and lamps decide age .
Thanks for sharing it :-) Love it

I agree with Manikin, from the thin copper colored metal escutcheon this does appears to be of more recent vintage. It is a very pretty lamp nontheless; too bad about the cracked shade. Maybe a clear pic of the lamp base will help with an ID.

No, this lamp is definitely vintage. Around 1910-1920. It was either made by Phoenix or Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass and Glass. The finial and heat cap are original and not new. If the shade were intact, value would be 1,200.00-1,500.00. As is, the value is only in the base, if it is good condition it is worth 90.00-125.00.
