    This cabinet card shows a member of Company K, 16th Infantry Regiment while stationed at FT Crook, Nebraska.

    The 16th Infantry was stationed at FT Crook after their service in the Spanish American War (1898) and again in 1907 after their return from Phillipine occupation duty.

      Like some of the others, the presentation of the flag makes what might be a run of the mill photo into something special.

      The flag does make the display.

      Also, the 16th Infantry is a desirable regular Army regiment with a great history. Items associated with that unit are desirable.
