prestine condition "The Cookie Book"

This piece is one of my favorites. Hand painted and in excellant condition wood cover, pages are in prestine condition, no yellowing. Published by the department of agriculture and Nellie Watts. I have yet to find one in such great condition. The recipies in this book are all the classic greats.
