I would like know the value of this guitar,i am led to believe it was made sometime between 1911/1932. It has alot of wear on it and rough shape. It belonged to an elderly friends grandmother and is now in my possesion.

This is a Kalamazoo Gibson . To bad it is in such rough shape :-( I have a 74 Hummingbird Gibson and I remember reading that early Kalamazoo was a Gibson .After I took mine in to have it appraised and I am original owner bought in 74 they nick pick them so close for resale I thought they wanted it turned into a new guitar . I think in the shape yours is in and amount of work to restore wow a guitar collector would tell you what they will pay . What a amazing find !!!!!!!!!!! Hope a expert gets on here and can tell you more .

And I guess if the its surface can be repaired soon , it may be accepted again by players.
I wonder if it can work with an amplifier by installing a pick up on the old body . Ha ha.
