The Barker twelve point hanging spur wheel (203 B) is a beautiful wire. A fence of this stuff would have been an amazing sight. This wire comes in a few varieties that I know of; the ten point paired spur rowel (1049 B) and the two strand 12 pt. hanging spur wheel (718 B). If you know of other varieties, leave a comment. Patented by George E. Barker of Waverly, NY in Dec. 1881, these wires have a patent number #251,505.
I have a single strand 16 point variation with 1" diameter blunt point 1/8" thick spurs, two barbs per 18", and a two strand version of the same. Must have been a nightmare to unroll this stuff.
