I've had this painting collecting dust for a long time. Can never find anything about the artiest "NS Tayag". It is an oil on canvas, original. It is beautiful in its own right. I've sent off email after email about this painting and to no avail, as with most things I post on here, I couldn't find out squat about it. I get a lot of Philippine hits on it, so maybe it is?
