Picked this thermometer up several years ago, I liked the unusual style of it. It works fine and is accurate. The hand on the front is spring loaded, and can be pressed in and pops out by itself. The back says it is a thermoclock, made in Springfield , O, USA. There is a "nail hanger" hole on the back, and there is a small threaded hole in the bottom., the housing is metal. I have been unable to find any information on it and I am curious to see if anyone on here knows anything about it, mainly the age. Thanks for looking ! Thrifty Gypsy

I haven't been able to find anything abt the Thermoclock company, but the first 'cathedral' clock went on the market in 1927, followed 3 years later by the first pointed arch radio. This form was popular thru the 1930s.

Thanks Chadakoin for the information. This thermometer definitely could be from that time period. It has the look and feel of being old. I plan on continuing to look for any information. Thanks for your help. Thrifty Gypsy
