packrat-pl…
(310 items)
I am not a collector of pocket watches, but here are a few I have picked up over the years. The dark item on the bottom right is a 6 year calendar
1941-1946. You turn the back dial to line up the month & year.
It Says in small letters: "Use Jan & Feb ( in italics) for leap year (1944) only". It is made of brass and is 1-1/2 in dia.
enjoy
Very nice watches there packrat. Do they run?
Thank you toolate2. I really do not know if they run. I just keep them in a box in a safe, and have never tried to wind them.
I had a few saved for over 115 years, and was told no worth much. But 1 was a Waltham solid gold one i sold it for 1,200 . So be careful with them don't wind the old ones i was told .
I have no plans of winding any of them.
