    This looks to be an old pastel drawing, to me...but I'm not sure. It is done on a cardboard like material. The frame was damaged and the glass was broken when I got it. On the back of the frame was the year 1905...so I assume that was when it was created. There was no artist signature to be found anywhere that I could determine. I kept it because it is so cute and the buggie was so unusual...nothing like baby buggies today. If anyone recognizes the artist style....please educate me...please.

      It's most likely a retouched photograph. I've often seen photos that look like they've been painted, tinted or otherwise 'enhanced' right over the photo. Perhaps the original photo was faded, or of poor quality, or they just wanted to make it prettier.

      Yes , stefdesign, I've seen those too. This one is an actual drawing. It just doesn't have a signature.Thanks for the comment.Appreciate it very much.
