    You know you have too much "stuff" when you find something this beautiful and interesting in the back of a closet, and you don't remember owning it! I have no information regarding its age or value, but it does say: "Blue Anchor Lines" along with a brass plaque which states: This clock is official ship's time...any seaman found handling this instrument will do time.. Captain
    If anyone has any thoughts or knowledge of this clock, I would be most interested in hearing from you.

      Thank you. I had come across that when I was searching for the origin of this clock. So far, it seems to be running perfectly, keeping ship's time, and doing it accurately.

      Hey Ellyn,
      I know this was posted a while ago but if you are still active let me know, if you would be able to post a further angle of the clock I may be able to confirm it as belonging to the Blue Anchor Line, and perhaps identify a ship it may have been onboard.
