Such a cute little bottle -- must be a sample bottle from the early days of the Folgers company when they did spices and extracts. I can't say exactly what year. There are no Folgers bottles on ebay right now, so no idea of pricing, either.
Is there a mark on the base?

Here's what I found out about Folger's (this is the same info I orig. added to your Latcher jar post) --

Folgers began as a "coffee, tea, and spice" business under this name in 1866 or 1867 and went on to become one of the most familiar names in the coffee business which continues to the present.

Thanks once again!!! There is something on the bottom, I think its a pontil, I can't tell for sure. I don't think it would show in a photo. I will try.

It is hard to tell, but it looks to me like it is not a pontil mark on the base, but that there is some base embossing - if it is embossed, can you tell me what it says?

If you have an old block of stryofoam, crumble it up into individual beads and fill the bottle. it will make the letters stand out. I tried to do this, the neck was so small it was difficult to get the pieces out. So I used salt. When I look at the bottom with a loop, and twist it around, there is a mark. I still think is is a pontil deformity but I can't be sure. I want to thank Savoychina1 and MsDowAntiques for their great information and help. Check out the new photos.

Try using Styrofoam beads from an old bean-bag chair. Works great (that is until you spill them on the floor).
