Don't see any makers marks. I believe the base is a pot metal that is well painted (has some chips but I think it gives it character) I did have to rewire this one also. Looks great in my family room ontop of my antique table with vintage family photos....
This appears to me to be a lamp by the Rainaud Lamp Co. Google and you will find similar. I owned one just like this.
