I can't tell if the actual artwork on the wood is authentic or a reproduction, but the plaque is modern. Your photo of the front is not good enough quality to see if it is old art put on a plaque, or a reprint. If it's been decoupaged or laminated in any way, it would decrease the value considerably. My feeling is it's entirely a reproduction, not old art. You might try taking a better photo, close-up if possible, to see if it's old or new.

its like a really old piece of thick paper and its yellow around the edges ill try to take a better pic would it be ok if i took it off the wood or dont do that idk

Not yet... post a good photo, and perhaps someone else who's more of a Coke expert can look at it. If it is authentically old, you probably will want to remove it from the plaque, or have a professional do it for you. You don't want to tear it or damage it. If the nails on the corners aren't actually nailed into the paper, and if it's loose from the backing, you might try to gently slip it out of the corners.

This looks like someone took a vintage Coca Cola Blotter and mounted it on wood plaque. Value would depend on weather it was damaged in the mounting, and weather it could be removed in good condition.

this blotter is worth 10$-20$ depending on condition (hard to see condition in picture). these blotters ads were made by the thousands and put inside pencil cases then given to school kids. there is blotters that date back to early 1900's those ones are the ones to look for.
