these miniature plates were available in cereal boxes starting in 1953 , and up to the 1980's(?) There was a complete USA, Canada, and worldwide set that you could collect. I don't remember which cereal they came in, but I have collected a few hundred of them. They are about 2" X 4" in size and made of metal.
