How old is this Wittnauer watch?

My web searches have come up empty. I haven't found an image of another Wittnauer Automatic with this face to help narrow down the age of this watch. The back is stamped "Use All Proof 1200 Wrench" and "10k Gold Filled". I would like to know how old it is and learn it's value if possible. Any help is appreciated.

i have a watch with the same markings use all proof wrench and 10k gold.i found it in one of my renatals.i know the one i have is very simmilar to yours and its from the mid50's
