    I bought this amazing Metamec clock a few years ago. I believe it was made in or near 1950. It is missing the globe that should sit on top. Can anyone provide any information about this or provide a photo of what the original globe looks like? Thanks, Cliff.

      I don't know anything about these clocks but there is a clock company in the UK named Metamec Limited. Are you already familiar with them? If not, go to http://home.btconnect.com/tim.loxton/index.htm and contact them. Maybe they can help.
