Would love to know what I have ? What's the value . Bought it years ago from an estate. It is 7" tall and 5" across.

Victoria" Schmidt & Co, Stará Role, Czech Republic (Altrohlau, Bohemia, Austria) Founded 1883 by Lazarus and Rosenfeld, Ltd. 1885 it was sold to Franz Schmidt. It was the largest factory. The factory’s main concern was commercial production and was not concerned with artistic value. Still though, it produced some high quality pieces. It also manufactured a ceramic called porelite, a substandard version of porcelain. In 1945 it merged with the Altrohlau Porcelain Factories and the EPIAG factories to become a part of Starorolský Porcelán, then Karlovarský Porcelán Stará Role II in 1958.
Your blue mark is from 1891 to 1918
