I picked this up at a second-hand store for 15 cents last year. I honestly do not know what it is or if it's missing parts. I thought it might be some type of cutting guide, but have not figured how it would work in that manner. Any ideas ? It is made of a light cast material (the main body approx. 9" long). The wheels are simular to old metal skate wheels (they are 1-3/4" in diameter). The wheels are heavy. There are no manufacturer names or any numbers stamped or part of the cast. There is 3 threaded ports that will receive the 1/4"-20 thumbscrew that appears to be a set-screw or sorts. I pick it up from time-to-time...trying to figure out just what it's purpose is. I'd appreciate any input. I know that it's not very old or if it is, it's been stowed in a dry and good climate.
I think it's for cleaning out old grout from tile, it should have a cutter head.
Correction it's a skate wheel jointer tool, for bricks.
