      Hello: Your tool appears to be an old cable splitter knife, made by the "Utica Drop Forge & Tool Company", indicated by the 3 diamonds logo. Of course it is missing it's handle, but otherwise looks to be in good shape. I'm posting a link below with the bell Systems History on it for you.
