I found this painting at a resale shop. It's a Beautiful Floral Oil Painting on a board, By an artist name Hazell E. . The measurements are 16" wide and 20" in lenght. I am interested in any information on this painting and the artist. Is this painting considered a Folk Art? I really like this painting, when I walked into the resale shop it definetly caught my eye and I realize how nice it would look on my wall in the living room so I bought it and it does look beautiful, brighten up the room.
