This is an item I got from an Estate sale for 5.00. I really just thought the pictures were cool an they had some vintage appeal. Since they were all in German I kinda put it away to recently. I finally did some research and I was a little surprised. These are original WW2 91X141 mm Photographic Postcards all in black and white. I was shocked that they were photo's of the " Berghof" A. Hitler's Mountain Alpine retreat. These have never been used and the book contains over 30 different photo's, half of which are of the compound the others of neighboring area lakes , and views etc. The estate I was at was that of a former WW2 vet who served in war I imagine thats how they came into his possesion. I found that these images were done by hitler's close friend and photographer Heinrich Hoffman. These are in great shape and a cool find. If you know any more info on them or if I'm completely wrong please share.

Not to burst your bubble, however these are not "postcard". Postcards typically have a small caption on the back, a dividing line to separate the message from the address and a "Stampbox" in the upper right corner.
Your book is a souvenir item filled with factory produced photographs, and would probably date a little before WWII. There was a huge interest in Germany for items relating to A.H.. Besides books like these, there were plenty of postcards (even using the same images as in your book).
Anyway, my two cents. Good luck and have a great Holiday.

I got my information at usmbooks.com and they actually have the same exact items called "photgraphic postcards". You can check it out and see if you're opinion is still the same.
