Antique French Eagle Head Mark 18K Gold Lizard Brooch Pin Unknown Maker Signed

I have this beautiful lizard brooch or pin that is from France. It has the eaglehead assay mark, which means this piece is 18K. I wasn't able to zoom in on the mark and there is an additional hallmark but I cannot make out what it is. If anyone knows anything about this piece from the maker or jewelry style, it would be greatly appreciated. An approximate age? Possible stone for the eye? I love this piece and it is a one of a kind and I would love to learn more about this wonderful piece of jewelry. Anyone possibly know the value by any chance? thank you very much.
