Child's s/4 laminated wood chairs

Set of 4 Child's laminated stacking chairs. Would love more information on them. Found in a furniture shipping company's warehouse. Also, unsure of cleaning the metal legs at the top & directly under the seats has become rough in touch & dotted with a hard "corrosion?" surface. I put the water bottle in for scale.
