As a child I spent 1972 to 1975 in Japan. I remember my mother having this exact piece. I hated having to dust in all the little holes. The top lifted off leaving the basket type bottom. The basket type bottom also lifted off the cart. It was heavy. Seeing this photo takes me way back. Other than knowing she bought hers in the '70's I don't know much. Good Luck
NICE! Missing one fellow on other end. Here you go:

A charming Japanese usabata cast iron garden ornament or objet d' art in three parts; a wide mouth floral receptacle, within a reticulated, basket design holder, atop a cart with moveable, incise-decorated wheels, attended by children. Dimensions, overall: 13 3/4" L x 11" H x 8 1/2" W. Meiji/Taisho Period
Your is missing one man at other end. Value: Around 1200.00

Google Japanese Cast Iron Cart and look in Images. The second Picture is your Cart. Click on pisture. Dave
Look at the Wheels on your first link tikiray, the spokes are wrong to new, Repro.
You are correct sir! lol didn't notice that, good eye!
These would have been sand cast, so you should be able to see the roughness in the casting. White one is to clean. Hard to tell on the 2nd. Wheels look right but casting is a little clean as well??? Dave
