What I have here is a very nice clock I picked up at a local Antique Store. It looks good hanging in my kitchen and runs like a charm.I cant seem to find any other like this on line or any where else.Has anybody seen one like this before and what it might be worth?

As for value, on-line it would probably fetch around $75 or so. What watt bulb is lighting the clock up? Looks to be a little strong. Walmart sells 7 and a 1/2 watt bulbs that fit into a standard light socket. It gives any light up clock a nice glow. If too strong a bulb is used, you'll cook the reverse paint and it will eventually peel away.

If the clock came from the central Kentucky area it possibly could be from the Dixie Bell Dairy in Lexington. They had truck delivery and a dairy bar that served ice cream and sandwiches.

I know this is frowned upon but I'd kick myself if I didn't ask. If you are ever interested in parting with your clock please email me. My grandfather, Phil Mohney, owned Dixie Bell dairy from 1960 till around 1980. Mike. mrp741@yahoo.com.
