Handpainted Mother of Pearl pendant

Found this beauty in a little, out of the way antique shop and fell in love immediately! Once I got to looking at it, couldn't help but laugh because she looks so angry to me with those eyebrows! There are a couple of chips that show up prominently in the photos, but not so much in real life. On a stainless steel chain, which just seems so wrong! I found some on Ebay, but none exactly like it. Persian and vintage?
